Thought that Bob Hyatt's post about "The Co-Dependent Pastor" was a great compliment to what I've been reading lately (The Leader's Journey).

Best line in the post: "The only way forward is to base our identity on the one constant - the person of Jesus and and what HE thinks of us. Learning to hear His voice, have His heart...trading co-dependency with others for dependency on Him."
